Return Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days – EU/France Rules)

For all non-customized jewelry purchased online, you have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date you receive it.

To start a return, email us at keercjewelry@gmail.com with your order number.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a refund, all items must be:

  • unused and unworn

  • in perfect, resellable condition

  • returned in their original packaging (jewelry pouch/box, protective wraps, accessories, tags)

We may refuse or reduce your refund if the jewelry shows:

  • scratches or signs of wear

  • residues (makeup, perfume, skincare)

  • deformation or broken parts

  • missing packaging or accessories

Refunds are processed after the return is received and inspected.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

4. Non-Returnable Items

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the following items cannot be returned:

  • custom-made or personalized jewelry
    (custom sizes, custom materials, unique pieces, special orders, engraved items)

  • pierced earrings for hygiene reasons, unless completely unused and unopened

These items are only returnable if defective.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges may be accepted depending on stock availability.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the returned item is not in resellable condition.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

  1. Email us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Include photos of the issue and your order number

Your order is covered by:

  • the 2-year Legal Guarantee of Conformity

  • the Guarantee Against Hidden Defects (Vices Cachés)

We will repair, replace, or refund the item at no cost to you.

7. How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at keercjewelry@gmail.com to request a return.

  2. We will provide return instructions.

  3. Ship your item back in secure packaging.

  4. Your refund will be processed once the item is inspected and approved.

Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
