We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement unless already processed or shipped.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first seek an amicable solution before taking legal action.
If no resolution can be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent French courts in accordance with applicable French law.
