Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are prepared and shipped from our studio/partner workshop within:

  • 1–3 business days for in-stock jewelry

  • 5–10 business days for made-to-order or customized pieces

Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience an unusually high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed.
You will always receive an update if there is a significant delay.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

France (Domestic)

  • Standard Shipping (Tracked): 2–4 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

European Union

  • Standard Shipping (Tracked): 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–4 business days

International

  • Standard International (Tracked): 7–14 business days

  • Express International: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and may vary during holidays, strikes, or customs delays.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

You may offer:

  • Free shipping in France above 100€ 

  • Flat rate shipping 10€ for EU or international orders


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees, depending on local regulations.

  • These charges are not included in your purchase price.

  • The recipient is responsible for all customs-related fees.

We cannot control or predict customs processing times.


6. Wrong Address / Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout.

KEER. C is not responsible for:

  • packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • unclaimed packages returned by the carrier

If a package returns to us due to an incorrect address, you may request reshipment by paying the new shipping cost.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once the carrier marks the package as “delivered,” KEER. C is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.
If your package is lost in transit (never delivered), please contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.


8. Pre-orders & Made-to-Order Items

If your order contains pre-order or made-to-order jewelry:

  • Shipping will occur once all items are ready.

  • You may request separate shipments for an extra fee.

Estimated production times will always be indicated on the product page.


9. Shipping During Sales or Holiday Seasons

Processing and delivery times may be longer during:

  • seasonal sales

  • promotions

  • Christmas holidays

  • Black Friday / Cyber Monday

We advise ordering early to avoid delays.
